Terms and Conditions
Valid from 26 Oct 2026
1. Scope and seller
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded via the online shop buysoftwarelicense.com between the seller and the buyer.
Seller: Software License, Rothenbaumchaussee 54,20148 Hamburg, Germany
E-mail: buysoftwarelicense@gmail.com
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a contract for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession (Section 13 of the German Civil Code, BGB).
2. Subject of the contract
The subject of the contract is the supply of digital content – license keys for computer software and, where applicable, a link to download installation files. No goods are supplied on a physical medium. The scope of the license (number of devices, term, platform) is stated for each product.
3. Conclusion of the contract
The presentation of products in the shop is not a binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the “Place order with obligation to pay” button, the buyer submits a binding offer to conclude a contract. The contract is concluded upon successful payment of the order, at the latest upon dispatch of the license key.
The contract is concluded in the language in which the order was placed (Slovak, English or German). The seller stores the contract text (order data and these Terms); the buyer receives the order data by e-mail and can view and save these Terms on this page at any time. Before submitting the order, the buyer can review and correct their details.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are stated in euros and are final prices; no shipping costs are charged. Payment can be made by card (processed by PayPal) or via PayPal. Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
5. Delivery
The seller will send the license key and, where applicable, the download link to the buyer by e-mail within 24 hours of receiving payment; they will also be available on the order page. Download links from the seller's secure storage are valid for 30 days and can be used 5 times; the seller will renew them on request.
6. Information on the right of withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Software License, Rothenbaumchaussee 54,20148 Hamburg, e-mail: buysoftwarelicense@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
In the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performance of the contract after you (1) expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, (2) acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and (3) we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract (Section 356 (5) BGB). You give this consent when placing your order and receive its confirmation by e-mail in the order confirmation.

The statutory provisions on liability for defects of digital products apply (Sections 327 et seq. BGB). If a license key does not work or has not been delivered, please contact us at buysoftwarelicense@gmail.com stating your order number.
